Elliot will grow to be 5′ to 7′ tall at maturity. It ripens around the beginning of September and gets around 10 lb to 20 lbs of fruit per plant.
Elliot is one of the best cultivars for late season. Berries are small to medium and firm with no picking scar.
It is advisable to pick Elliot when it is fully ripe because the berries are very tart otherwise. Eighty percent of berries on Elliot will ripen at the same time.
